Paula has enjoyed a fascinating professional life. Work has played out more like an adventure that's taken her throughout the world ... France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany as a high-fashion model, permitting Paula to refine her creative talents. When that was completed Paula didn't waste anytime igniting a broadcast and production career traveling throughout America, England and the Continent of Africa. This California native's whirl-wind career in the arts and entertainment all began soon after college when she won the coveted pageant title of 'Miss California'.

The Television career began with Paula as a popular producer and on-air broadcaster for Black Entertainment Television. She then moved on to become one of the producers for the highly rated NBC entertainment news program, 'Access Hollywood'.

Paula's media producing skills, coupled with her on-air experience has given her a unique edge as a TV and Live-Event Producer. Today her company, 'First Option Entertainment', enjoys a solid reputation for creating innovative projects. Most recently the company successfully produced/directed major events for Halle Berry & The Jenesse Center with Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx, Jay Leno, Leona Lewis, and Jennifer Hudson. NBA-MVP LeBron James 'More Than A Game' Nationwide Tour, New York Jets Star Quarterback, Mark Sanchez, The Emmy's Foundation, 'Habitat For Humanity', American Women in Radio & Television (AWRT), The Magic Johnson Foundation, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), A Salute to Ray Charles hosted by Bill Cosby, The Historical Spelman College 125th Anniversary , NIKE /UMCA, Coca-Cola USA, The Los Angeles Lakers Wives, National Charity League, Tom Joyner Foundation and much more.

Paula also developed and teaches a personal growth curriculum geared toward the needs of inner-city youth and emancipated foster children. She founded the non-profit, 'Life Skills Academy' teaching personal, social, image, business and life preparation skills. In 2007 she became a published author contributing her insights to a compilation project titled, Refined by Fire: Defining Moments of Phenomenal Women. Paula's compelling story is also featured in the award winning documentary, 'SoulMate', available on DVD.
